How does the engraving process work? We use precision laser engraving to permanently etch your custom text, name, or design onto your chosen product. The result is a clean, elegant mark that won't fade, peel, or wash off.

What's the difference between the Standard and Personalized packages? Our Standard package includes the product as shown. For greek orders it simply includes the organization's shield and organization's name. Our Personalized package includes custom laser engraving with your name, date, monogram, or other text.

How long does it take to receive my order? Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I see a proof before my order is made? We do not offer proofs for standard name/text engravings as we simply copy and paste the info submitted. However, if you require a custom design or unique request we are glad to provide them. Simply ask in order checkout notes and make sure to provide your contact info so we can forward the proof to you for approval.

What if I make a typo in my personalization? Please double-check your personalization text before submitting — we engrave exactly what you enter. If you catch an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away at support@nuvisionkreations.com.

Do you offer bulk or group orders? Yes! We offer pricing for bulk orders for events, organizations, and corporate gifts. Use our Contact page to submit an inquiry.

Are your Greek organization products officially licensed? Yes. NuVision Kreations is an officially licensed vendor for all Greek organizations represented in our store.

What is your return policy on personalized items? Due to the custom nature of engraved products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the product arrived damaged or defective. For non-personalized items we accept exchanges or returns within 7 business days.
