🛠️ Processing Time

Custom & Personalized Orders:
Most engraved and personalized items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your item ships. -
Non-Custom Items:
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
During peak seasons (holidays, Greek events, etc.), processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience — we promise it’s worth the wait!
🚚 Shipping Rates & Carriers
We offer calculated shipping based on weight, destination, and selected carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You’ll see exact shipping costs at checkout.
📦 Free Shipping:
Some items may qualify for free shipping within the U.S. — this will be noted on the product page.
🌎 Domestic U.S. Shipping

All orders include tracking once shipped.
🌐 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping through our Shopify site. For international orders, please visit our Etsy shop or contact us directly.
📮 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
🛑 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
🕒 Delayed or Lost Packages
Once a package is with the carrier, we have no control over delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, or you suspect the item is lost, please contact us — we’ll help file a claim or locate your order.
