🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

At Nuvision Kreations, every item is crafted with care and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we want to be transparent about what we can and can’t accept when it comes to returns and exchanges.


📦 Custom & Personalized Items

All customized and engraved items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless there is a proven error on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling or design that does not match the approved order details).


👕 Non-Custom Apparel

If you ordered apparel that is not customized and need a different size, we’re happy to offer an exchange (if inventory allows). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.


💬 Issue with Your Order?

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there’s an issue with your order (damaged in transit, incorrect item, etc.), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
