What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. However, for our handmade customized items, we cannot accept returns.
For sizing issues for non-customized apparel we do offer exchanges. If there's any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we'll work with you to come to resolution.
Can I see a mockup before ordering?
Yes! We're happy to provide digital mockups for custom orders. Just send us a message when placing your order with your design ideas, and we'll create a mockup within 1-2 business days.
Please note that if we do not receive a response within 24 hours of us sending your mockup we will proceed with the design as instructed from your original order.
We usually send mockups back within 24 hours so check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Current processing time is 3-5 business days for single orders and 7-10 business days for bulk orders. During peak seasons (graduation, bid day, holidays), processing times may be longer.
Where do I find the fonts and logos to choose from?
If you are using a mobile device for our website, simply swipe through the photos on the listing and you will see font and logo templates to use to help you customize your item. Each item will have a box for you to enter your custom instructions.
If you are using Etsy via the mobile app, you will need to swipe through the listing photos to review additional images which will include sizing charts for apparel and font and logo options for the custom handmade items.
Once you have reviewed them you should include those in your ordering instructions otherwise we will simply use creative freedom or mimic the layout of the primary listing photo to design your product to ensure an efficient process for you and your recipient.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Don't worry! Most items can be restocked quickly. Message us about the specific item you're interested in, and we'll let you know the estimated restock date. You can also join our email list to be notified when items are back in stock.
Do you offer bulk/group orders?
Absolutely! We love working with groups and can offer special pricing for orders of 10 or more items. Message us with your requirements for a custom quote. Please allow extra processing time for bulk orders.
Why did I receive my order in a re-used or recycled box?
At Nuvision Kreations, we're committed to sustainability. We carefully reuse quality shipping boxes to reduce waste while ensuring your items are safely packaged. Rest assured, your items inside are brand new and carefully protected!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
